Products and descriptions
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that colors, images, or descriptions on your screen are exact. Product specifications, including plug types and voltages for electrical items, are listed on each product page, and it is your responsibility to check that the product suits your needs and your country's requirements before ordering.

Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel or refund any order placed at an incorrect price. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or cancel any order, for example because of stock problems, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if we can't ship to your address. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Fulfillment and shipping
Some products ship from our own inventory and others are shipped directly by our suppliers. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please read our Shipping Policy for details, including split shipments, customs, duties, and taxes.

Use products as intended and follow any instructions and safety warnings. For electrical products, use only compatible outlets and adapters. We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse or by using a product contrary to its instructions.
